ABOUT

The Dhyana Yoga Wellness Lounge is a place to slow down, reconnect, and live your yoga.

Created as a quiet and welcoming space for those seeking a more grounded and intentional way of living, Living Dhyāna is rooted in the timeless wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda. It offers practices, reflections, and resources designed to help bring ancient wisdom into everyday life.

Here, yoga is approached as a meditative and embodied practice, gently weaving together movement, breath, meditation, mindfulness, and self-inquiry. Rather than striving to become someone else or believing we need to fix ourselves, Living Dhyāna invites us to cultivate presence, deepen our awareness, and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within.

Whether through a yoga lesson, guided meditation, an article from The Ayurveda Café, a podcast episode, or a quiet moment of reflection, this is a place to return to balance, cultivate clarity, and meet life with greater ease, compassion, and intention.

Living Dhyāna is more than a membership. It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover how the simple, consistent practice of awareness can transform the way you live.

Our Founder

Ashleigh Stewart

Ashleigh Stewart is a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and wellbeing practitioner whose work explores how ancient practices can support modern life. Through yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and reflective living, she helps people cultivate greater awareness, balance, and presence in everyday life.

Having lived and taught in both Canada and the UK, Ashleigh's work has been shaped by years of study, teaching, and personal experience. Her approach brings together yoga philosophy, meditation, Ayurveda, psychology, and somatic awareness, while remaining grounded in the belief that wellbeing is created through small, consistent practices rather than perfection.

Throughout her career, Ashleigh has supported individuals and families through many of life's transitions. She specialised in fertility, prenatal, postnatal, and family yoga, and authored two books exploring yoga, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing for children.

Alongside her work in yoga and wellness, Ashleigh has built an extensive career in the beauty and wellness industry. From helping brides prepare for one of the most meaningful days of their lives to supporting individuals navigating cancer treatment and recovery, and more recently working within the wellness environment of Kohler Waters Spa, these experiences have deepened her understanding of the importance of compassionate care, human connection, and creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen and supported.

Today, Ashleigh is the founder of Dhyāna Yoga Wellness Lounge—a place for exploring the art of living well. Through The Ayurveda Café, The Mind Trip podcast, guided meditations, short yoga practices, self-guided programs, and the Living Dhyāna membership, she shares simple, sustainable ways to weave the wisdom of yoga into everyday life.

Her work is guided by a simple belief: the greatest transformation often begins with a single moment of awareness.
